Confluence
Pages from the Confluence spaces you choose.
What Claro Historia reads
- Pages in the spaces you link
- Space names and keys
Access is read-only. Claro Historia does not create, change or delete anything in Confluence.
Permissions requested
- Read spaces (
read:space:confluence) and read pages (read:page:confluence). - Offline access (
offline_access): stay connected without asking you to sign in again.
Before you start
- Confluence is connected once for the workspace, by an admin, with an Atlassian account. Claro Historia can only read spaces that account can already see.
- It is separate from the Jira connection. You can connect either one or both.
Connect Confluence (workspace admin)
- Open Workspace Settings → Sources.
- Under Docs & Knowledge, find Confluence and click Connect via Atlassian.
- On Atlassian’s page, choose the site and click Accept.
- You return to Claro Historia and the card shows Connected.

Add Confluence spaces to a project
- Open the project and go to Project Settings → Confluence.
- Click + Browse & Add Space and click a space to link it. Repeat for more spaces.
- Pages sync with the next run, or click Sync in Project Settings → Sync.

Anything synced into a project can be seen by every member of your workspace, because every member can open every project. That includes people who cannot open the original file or message in the source tool. Only link sources you are comfortable sharing with your whole workspace.
Disconnect
- For a project: click Remove next to a space in Project Settings → Confluence.
- For the workspace: in Workspace Settings → Sources, click Disconnect on the Confluence card.
Disconnecting stops syncing and removes Claro Historia’s access immediately. To have content that was already synced removed as well, email support@clarohistoria.com. See Data and security for how long data is kept.
