Claro Historia: Ask Any Project Question, Get Answers With Sources

The Problem

Great engineers leave.
Their knowledge shouldn't.

New hires take weeks to ramp
Senior engineers answer the same questions on repeat
Answers are buried in Slack, docs, and calendars
Returning employees feel like they're starting over

The Solution

Answers with receipts.
Every one sourced.

01 Talk to it like a teammate

02 Get an answer from the engineer who never forgets

03 See the receipts — exactly where it came from

No more interruptions. No more guesswork. No more lost context.

What This Looks Like

Instead of pinging 5 people. It already knows.

How do I deploy the latest version of the API?

Answered in seconds, sourced from your deployment docs and recent Slack threads.

What decisions were made in last quarter's roadmap?

Pulled from meeting notes and recorded decisions, with links to sources.

Why did we choose Postgres over MySQL for this service?

Traced to the Slack thread and design doc where it was debated — the reasoning, the tradeoffs, and who made the call.

When did we agree to push the launch date, and who signed off?

Traced to the calendar invite and the email thread where it was decided — the date, the reasoning, and who was in the room, all linked.

Why Teams Use This

🚀

Faster ramp time

New hires productive in days, not weeks.

🧠

Less interruption

Senior engineers stop answering the same questions over and over.

🧾

Always backed up

Every answer comes with sources. No more "I think it was decided somewhere..."

Built on what you already use

Slack, GitHub, Jira, Google Drive, Notion, Confluence, Linear, GitLab, Bitbucket, Gmail, Calendar — we read the work your team was already producing. No knowledge base to maintain. No documentation culture change required. No migration.

No Guesswork

Here's exactly what happens
when you reach out.

A 30-min call. No slides, just your questions.

We'll talk through what context your team keeps losing, and show you a live demo. You decide if it's worth a try.

Read access to one Slack workspace + one Drive folder

That's it to start. We don't need everything at once. Most teams are up and running within a week.

Running on your actual data in under a week

We handle setup end-to-end. You'll get access to the app and we'll walk your first users through it together.

After 30 days, you'll know if it's worth it

If it saves meaningful time, great. We talk about what a longer engagement looks like. If not, no invoice, no awkwardness.

I built Claro Historia after watching smart teams lose hours every week to context that should have stayed. A decision buried in a Slack thread. A process doc that lived only in someone's head. Institutional knowledge that walked out the door when an engineer left.

I'm looking for my first 10 customers: teams willing to try this, tell me what's broken, and help shape what it becomes. In return, you'll get my full attention during setup, direct access to me, and early-access pricing that locks in forever.

More integrations are added regularly — if you don't see a tool your team uses, let us know.

How is this different from Notion or Confluence?

Notion and Confluence ask your team to write documentation specifically for the knowledge base — work on top of real work. Claro Historia connects the work your team was already going to produce: PRDs, design docs, meeting notes, Slack threads — even the email threads and calendar invites where half the real decisions actually happen. If it's part of your workflow, we make it queryable. No separate knowledge base to maintain.

How is this different from Glean?

Glean is built for "all" — every employee, every department, every search. Claro Historia is built around the work itself. Instead of a company-wide search bar, we give your teams a way to ask questions scoped to specific projects: the decisions made, the people involved, the status, the history. It's less "find me this file across the org" and more "get me up to speed on this project." For teams running multiple projects at once, that focus is what makes answers actually useful.

Does this create or generate documentation for us?

No — and that's the point. Tools like Notion and Confluence ask your team to write and maintain documentation on top of the work they're already doing. Claro Historia doesn't add to your workload. It connects to the work your team was already producing — Slack threads, design docs, email threads, calendar invites, GitHub PRs, Jira tickets — and makes it queryable. If your team has been active, you already have the context. We just make it answerable.

Is this secure?

We only access systems you connect. To answer questions, we index and store your content. It is encrypted at rest and in transit, never shared with other customers, and never used to train AI models. Our Google Workspace integrations (Drive, Gmail, and Calendar) have been independently validated through Google's CASA security assessment — the same framework that underpins SOC 2 readiness. Full details on data handling are covered during setup.

What about accuracy?

Every answer includes sources so users can verify where the information came from. Nothing is presented as fact without a traceable origin.

How long does setup take?

Most teams are running within a week of the first call. We handle everything. You just need to grant read access to the tools you want to connect.

What does it cost?

We're not publishing pricing during early access. Our first customers will get early-access pricing that locks in for the life of their account. The pilot itself is free. No commitment until you've seen it work on your data.
