Claro Historia is a knowledge aggregation platform that connects a user's authorized project sources— such as documentation, task management tools, and code repositories—into a unified AI-powered knowledge base.
The Service allows users to query connected sources to retrieve information across their projects without switching tools.
Users may voluntarily connect third-party services and explicitly authorize access to data from those services. We only access, process, and store data that users choose to connect to the Service.
Data is retained only for as long as necessary to operate active projects and integrations, and deleted within one (1) month of account termination. Users may disconnect integrations or request deletion of associated data at any time.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us of unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
The Service may connect to third-party platforms (such as repositories, documentation tools, or task management systems) only with your authorization.
We are not responsible for third-party services, their content, or their availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Claro Historia, Inc. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed the greater of $100 or amounts paid by you in the past 12 months.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
