Before you start
- Each person connects their own Microsoft account (work, school or personal). Folders you link are read using the account of the person who linked them.
- Your Microsoft 365 administrator may need to approve the app for your organization.
Connect your Microsoft account
- Click your name at the top right and open My Settings.
- Under Personal Integrations, in the Microsoft card, click Connect Microsoft account.
- Sign in and approve the permissions.
- The card shows Connected. The same connection also powers the optional Outlook mail and calendar features (see Personal accounts).

Link a OneDrive folder to a project
- Open the project and go to Project Settings → OneDrive.
- In OneDrive, share the folder and copy its link, then paste the link here.
- The folder syncs with the next run, or click Sync in Project Settings → Sync.

Good to know
- If the person who linked a folder leaves or loses access. The folder shows a “Needs relinking” notice and stops syncing. Anyone on the project with their own Microsoft connection can relink it. See Troubleshooting.
Anything synced into a project can be seen by every member of your workspace, because every member can open every project. That includes people who cannot open the original file or message in the source tool. Only link sources you are comfortable sharing with your whole workspace.
Disconnect
- For a project: remove the folder in Project Settings → OneDrive, or click Disconnect OneDrive there.
- For your account: in My Settings, click Disconnect Microsoft. OneDrive folder syncs stop. You can also remove Claro Historia at account.microsoft.com under Privacy → apps and services.
Disconnecting stops syncing and removes Claro Historia’s access immediately. To have content that was already synced removed as well, email support@clarohistoria.com. See Data and security for how long data is kept.
