The Problem

The answers exist.
They're just buried.

  • Scattered. Few answers live in one place. They're pieced together from Slack threads, Jira tickets, Drive docs, GitHub and countless more tools.
  • Slow. Hunting for information, or for the colleague who knows, eats into the workweek.
  • Lost shortcuts. When someone leaves, the team loses a shortcut. The next issue in their area means starting research from scratch, or becoming the new expert.

The Solution

Claro Historia ends
the scavenger hunt.

01 One place to ask. A single entry point for project questions, instead of searching each tool.
02 Built on synced data. Answers come from the sources connected to the project, kept current by continuous sync.
03 Cited, not guessed. Every answer links back to the original documents, tickets and conversations behind it.

What This Looks Like

Instead of pinging 5 people. It already knows.

How do I deploy the latest version of the API?
Answered in seconds, sourced from your deployment docs and recent Slack threads.
What decisions were made in last quarter's roadmap?
Pulled from meeting notes and recorded decisions, with links to sources.
Why did we choose Postgres over MySQL for this service?
Traced to the Slack thread and design doc where it was debated — the reasoning, the tradeoffs, and who made the call.
When did we agree to push the launch date, and who signed off?
Traced to the calendar invite and the email thread where it was decided — the date, the reasoning, and who was in the room, all linked.

🧾
Always backed up
Every answer comes with sources. No more "I think it was decided somewhere..."
💬
Built on what you already use
Connects to the tools your team already uses and reads the work they're already producing. No knowledge base to maintain, no migration.

How is this different from Notion or Confluence?
Notion and Confluence are where teams write things down, and their AI (Notion AI and Rovo) can now search connected tools across the whole workspace. Claro Historia is organized by project instead: each project links the sources it uses, and its milestones, decisions, risks and people changes are recorded from chat, tickets, code and docs as the work happens, including what never got written up. It also reads Notion and Confluence, so you keep your wiki. Read the full comparison →
How is this different from Glean?
Glean is built for "all" — every employee, every department, every search. Claro Historia is built around the work itself. Instead of a company-wide search bar, we give your teams a way to ask questions scoped to specific projects: the decisions made, the people involved, the status, the history. It's less "find me this file across the org" and more "get me up to speed on this project." For teams running multiple projects at once, that focus is what makes answers actually useful. And you can start a trial today, without a sales call. Read the full comparison →
How is this different from uploading documents to ChatGPT or connecting tools to an AI agent?
You can, but that means every person on your team does it separately: finding the right docs, joining the right Slack channels, tracking down the right Jira board, and doing it again whenever someone new joins. Claro Historia connects your tools once and makes the context accessible to everyone on the project. Instead of each person assembling their own picture, anyone with a question, a new hire, a stakeholder, someone coming up to speed on an ongoing project, gets answers from the same shared source without any individual setup. Read the full comparison →
Does this create or generate documentation for us?
No — and that's the point. Tools like Notion and Confluence ask your team to write and maintain documentation on top of the work they're already doing. Claro Historia doesn't add to your workload. It connects to the work your team was already producing — Slack threads, design docs, email threads, calendar invites, GitHub PRs, Jira tickets — and makes it queryable. If your team has been active, you already have the context. We just make it answerable.
Is this secure?
We only access systems you connect. To answer questions, we index and store your content. It is encrypted at rest and in transit, never shared with other customers, and never used to train AI models. Our Google Workspace integrations (Drive, Gmail, and Calendar) have been independently validated through a third-party assessment under Google's CASA security program. Full details are on our Trust page and in Data and security.
What about accuracy?
Every answer includes sources so users can verify where the information came from. Nothing is presented as fact without a traceable origin.
How long does setup take?
Most of it is signing in to each tool you want to connect, which takes a few minutes per tool and an admin's approval in that tool. The first sync starts as soon as you link a source to a project and runs in the background. The getting started guide walks through it, and if you get stuck, email support@clarohistoria.com.
What does it cost?
Every workspace starts with a 30-day free trial with full access, and no credit card is needed. After that it continues on a free plan with lower limits; nothing is locked or deleted. Paid plans for larger teams are shared on request. See Plans and limits.

A Note From the Founder

I built Claro Historia after watching smart teams lose hours every week to context that should have stayed. A decision buried in a Slack thread. A process doc that lived only in someone's head. Easy access to project knowledge that walked out the door when an engineer left.

Claro Historia reads the tools where that context already lives, and keeps each project's history so it's still there when people move on. If something doesn't work the way you expect, or a tool you need isn't supported yet, email support@clarohistoria.com. It comes straight to me.
